Midday Supervisors Required

9.5 hours per week – Grade 2

£3719 per annum starting salary (FTE £17,364 – 17,711)

 (Temporary for the remainder of the academic year in the first instance.)

An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible individuals to join a team of Lunchtime Supervisors who provide assistance during our busy lunch periods.

The successful candidates will work as part of a team in ensuring the safety and welfare of students during the midday break.  This will involve effective supervision of students in and about the premises and site(s) of the school and providing cleaning services where required under the instruction of the Caretaking/Senior Leadership Teams.

The role is temporary for the academic year in the first instance however due to the introduction of split lunches there is a potential the role could be made permanent in future.

Candidates should:

  • Be able to relate well with children and adults,
  • Have good numeracy/literacy skills,
  • Be willing to undertake training on safeguarding practices/procedures.
