Support Staff Talent Pool  – Secondary Schools

Here at Castleford Academy Trust, we recognise that our people are the core of our organisation. Our Values highlight how we encourage not only our pupils, but also our employees to aspire to be the best that they can be. We regularly recruit into support staff roles such as Lunchtime Supervisors, Cover Supervisors, and Learning Support Assistants and would encourage anyone who may be interested in working for the Trust in one of these roles to apply to our talent pool.
