An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and motivated HR officer to lead, develop, and care for staff at Castleford Academy to ensure outstanding provision. Furthermore, the HR Officer will work alongside Trust HR and Fusion (the external HR advisor) to ensure a high-quality HR service. The role will also include leading, managing, and organising staff cover at Castleford Academy.
